Wedding Selfie Booth Rental in San Diego

A refined, drop-off selfie booth designed for San Diego weddings — so your guests get a keepsake and your photographer stays focused on you.

Overview

A wedding selfie booth is one of the few reception add-ons that pays for itself in favors, memories, and social content. While your photographer works the couple, the first look, the vows, the cake cut, and the first dance, the booth quietly captures everything in between — the cousins reuniting at cocktail hour, the bridesmaids after too many toasts, the ring bearer photobombing grandma. Guests walk away with a 2x6 print they'll actually keep, and you get a digital gallery of every candid, laughing shot after the wedding.

Our wedding booth is a slim, single-column kiosk — no bulky enclosure, no attendant standing next to it, no visible cables. It fits into ballrooms, garden receptions, hotel courtyards, and backyard tents without stealing the visual language of your décor. Choose a flower wall or drapery backdrop and it photographs like a purpose-built photo lounge. Every capture is branded with your monogram or wedding hashtag, and prints come out in under 15 seconds so the line never stalls.

Why This Format Works

Drop-off matters more at a wedding than at any other event type. Your day is already crowded with vendors — the DJ, the caterer, the coordinator, the photo team, sometimes a videographer. Adding one more attendant standing in your reception hall means one more person to feed, one more person in every wide shot, one more person to manage. Our kiosk arrives 60–90 minutes before doors and stays out of sight until pickup.

We've done hundreds of San Diego weddings, from La Jolla estates to Coronado ballrooms to backyard vineyards in Escondido. That experience shows up in small details: soft-white ring light calibrated for skin tone under warm reception lighting, print overlays that match your invitation typography, and a prop table curated to be tasteful enough for a formal wedding but fun enough that guests actually use them.

Wedding Selfie Booth FAQ

How much does a wedding selfie booth cost in San Diego?

Our wedding packages start at $345 for a digital-only setup and go up to $695 for the Showstopper package with unlimited 2x6 prints and a premium flower wall or drapery backdrop. Every price includes delivery, setup, pickup, and unlimited use from noon to 10 PM.

Do you coordinate directly with our wedding planner or venue?

Yes, and we strongly prefer it. Once you book, we ask for your planner or venue coordinator's contact and handle load-in windows, insurance certificates, and floor-plan placement directly so you don't have to play middleman on your wedding day.

Can we brand the prints with our names or monogram?

Every wedding package includes a custom print overlay. Send us your names, date, monogram, or a designed template from your invitation suite and we'll match it. Draft proofs go out roughly two weeks before the wedding for your approval.

How much space does the booth need at our reception?

About 6 feet by 6 feet with clearance for a backdrop behind, plus a standard 120V outlet within about 25 feet. If your venue is unusual — an outdoor tent, a rooftop, a garden with limited power — tell us in advance and we'll bring a battery.

How far in advance should we book?

Peak Saturdays in San Diego wedding season (May through October) book 3–6 months out. Off-peak dates and Fridays or Sundays open up on shorter notice. Text 619-257-2268 for real-time availability.
