A drop-off selfie booth is exactly what it sounds like: we deliver the kiosk, backdrop, and props to your venue, set everything up 60–90 minutes before your event, walk your point-of-contact through the 30-second usage guide, and leave. The booth runs itself for up to 10 hours. We come back at your scheduled pickup time, pack it out, and email your gallery within 48 hours. No attendants, no upsells, no one hovering in the corner of your reception.
This is the model we built our whole company around. Traditional photo booths came with an attendant — someone standing next to the booth all night, handling props, showing guests how to pose, holding the line. That model made sense in 2010 when the hardware was bulky and unfamiliar. It doesn't make sense today. Modern touch screens are intuitive enough that any adult can figure them out in three seconds.
Drop-off pricing reflects the difference. Traditional attended booths in San Diego run $800–$1,500 for 3–4 hours because you're paying for the attendant. Our drop-off pricing starts at $345 for 10 hours because we're not.
The number-one thing hosts thank us for is the drop-off model. Weddings especially — you already have a coordinator, a caterer, a DJ, a photo team, sometimes a videographer. Adding one more vendor with a full-time footprint means one more person in every wide shot, one more meal to plate, one more person to introduce to your family. Our team is in and out in 90 minutes and doesn't show up again until pickup.
For hosts, drop-off also means privacy. No stranger is standing next to your bridal party during the toasts. No one is watching your kid's birthday from the corner. The booth just exists, guests use it, and everyone gets on with the party.

Every drop-off comes with a 24/7 support line. If anything glitches — a print jam, a screen freeze, a Wi-Fi issue — your point-of-contact texts us and we troubleshoot on the phone in under two minutes. In 8+ years and 1,000+ events, we've had to roll a second truck out mid-event fewer than five times.
No. We ask you to designate a point-of-contact (usually your coordinator or a family friend) who has our number in case anything comes up, but they don't need to stand next to the booth. Guests use it on their own.
About 6 feet by 6 feet with clearance for a backdrop behind, plus a standard 120V outlet within about 25 feet. Outdoor setups need a level surface and shade from direct sun on the touch screen.
Every package we offer — Essentials ($345), Crowd Favorite ($495), Showstopper ($695) — is drop-off by default. That's the entire model. We don't offer attended service; the drop-off model is what makes our pricing possible.
Standard bookings are 10 hours (noon to 10 PM by default, or a custom window). If your event runs past your scheduled pickup, text us and we'll quote a late-pickup fee on the spot.
