The Showstopper package includes a premium flower wall or drapery backdrop, curated designer props, a designer-typeset print overlay, and priority scheduling. Everything else — the kiosk, the software, the unlimited prints — is identical to Crowd Favorite. The upgrade is entirely in styling and finish.

Do you coordinate with our planner and venue directly?

Yes, and we prefer it. On luxury events we work directly with the lead planner on load-in, floor plan placement, insurance documentation, and any design or overlay approvals so you have zero coordination on the day.

Can you match a specific design palette or florist's flower wall?

For overlay and print design, absolutely — send us your invitation suite or design deck. For backdrop coordination with your florist, we can source complementary drapery, work in tandem with your florist's flower wall, or step aside entirely if the florist is building the wall themselves.

How discreet is the setup?

The kiosk is a single slim column — about the footprint of a bar stool. Cables are managed and taped, backdrops are freestanding, and our team wears event-appropriate black attire. Nothing about the setup reads 'party rental.'

What's the deposit and payment structure?

25% deposit at booking to hold the date, balance due two weeks before the event. We accept credit card, ACH, and wire transfer.
